  • Which helmet is right for me?

    Whichever helmet you choose, it must fit well and be comfortable. Measuring your head well is vital to ensure you are buying the right size helmet. Different models will offer you different coverage. Our open-faced helmets with full visors provide protection for your head but not your jaw Our full-face collection offers complete head protection and covers the jaw, providing extra protection.

  • How do I clean my Westt® helmet?

    Most Westt® helmets have removable interior lining and cheek pads to make it easy to clean, using warm water and a gentle soap. You can also clean helmets with a fixed interior in the same way. Always let them dry naturally before placing them inside your helmet. Do not use added heat as this could damage your helmet.

  • If I have an accident or drop my helmet, is it still safe to use?

    Most modern helmets are designed to sustain some knocks, however, any form of impact can damage a helmet even if you can’t see the damage with the naked eye and may not be fully effective. For this reason, we always recommend replacing your helmet if it has suffered any form of impact.

  • What’s my size? How should a helmet fit?

    Your helmet should be a snug fit without any slipping or sliding across your head or cheeks and without putting pressure on your head. To ensure you buy the correct size, get a soft tape measure and place it around the crown of your head, approximately 1 inch above your eyebrows. This should measure the widest part of your head.   • How often should I replace my helmet?

    Westt® recommends replacing your motorcycle helmet every 3 to 5 years, depending on how regularly you use it. Remember, if it’s suffered a knock or accident, you should replace it immediately.

  • Does my Westt® helmet come with a warranty?

    Yes. Your Westt® helmet comes with a 5-year manufacturer warranty.

  • How should I store my helmet?

    Your helmet should be kept out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources such as radiators or fireplaces, as this can damage the helmet and compromise its reliability.

  • Can I buy replacement parts for my helmet?

    Some parts are available on our website. To find out if we have any other parts available, contact us via the contact form.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We ship to most countries internationally. To confirm whether we ship to yours, please see at checkout.

  • How do I return my helmet?

    Contact us using the contact form with your order reference number and reason for return and we’ll send you further instructions. Unless faulty, all helmets must be in new condition with all protective stickers attached, in the original box with any accessories included. Faulty items will be reviewed before providing a replacement or refund. Westt® reserves the right to refuse returns. See our Terms and Conditions for more information.
